With over 20 years of experience in rheumatology, Dr. Bresky provides comprehensive and compassionate care in Boynton Beach and Deerfield Beach. Specializing in autoimmune diseases, arthritis, and osteoporosis, he adopts a holistic approach deeply influenced by his family’s history in healthcare.
There are often nuanced differences that may make one path more appealing to certain individuals. Such is the case for Dr. Bresky, whose educational experience attracted him to the holistic approach DOs are trained for. DOs look at the whole patient, not just the disease or condition. They focus on prevention and aim to understand how lifestyle and environmental factors impact health. DOs also believe in the interconnectedness of the bodily systems and address root causes rather than only symptoms.
Dr. Bresky uses well established protocols, but is also motivated fascinated by innovation and technology. by the idea of specialization, personal care and the latest breakthroughs and medications.
It is no surprise that since Kenneth was raised in South Florida he enjoys the beach and physical fitness. His greatest joy, however, is his family, including his two grown children. Kenneth considers himself extremely blessed that his parents live locally, and he is able to spend time with them discussing issues he is passionate about like current events and medical advances.

Erica Edlund
Erica is a Nurse Practitioner with 8 years experience in Rheumatology. She obtained her Bachelor of Science and her Masters in Nursing at the University of Florida, Gainesville. Erica She began her nursing career working with geriatric, primary and acute care patients at the Delray Medical Center before moving into Rheumatology at the Boynton Beach Arthritis Center. Erica joined Dr. Kenneth Bresky in 2015 where she serves as Nurse Practitioner, responsible for all aspects of patient care from physical examinations, diagnostics, procedures, diagnosing, treatment and management of acute and chronic illnesses. She also performs infusions and both joint and trigger point injections.
Erica understands the importance of building good patient-provider relationships and involving each patient in their own health care decisions. Erica makes South Florida her home with her young son. She enjoys staying physically active by biking and exercising. She also loves to travel and cheer on her favorite sports teams, especially her alma mater, the Florida Gators!
